Shipping
We ship primarily to customers in Australia but we are happy to ship worldwide. Send us an email and we can let you know of the shipping costs to your country.

There is nothing more frustrating then completing your order and discovering a ridiculous shipping fee! Where I can I offer free shipping and on small items the shipping cost is only $1.50. Larger items have a fee of $6.95.

Christmas shipping
Please place your orders by the 13th of December to guarantee your items for Christmas. I will be still taking orders after this date. I offer express postage which can be found under the 'products' category. Please add this to your cart if you would like to receive this service. Turn around times
We endeavor to post your products to you as soon as possible. The majority of our orders get posted out on Tuesday and Friday. If you need your print urgently, please email us at [email protected] and we will try our hardest to get it to you sooner.

Returns
Coloured Pears does not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a quality problem with your product. In this case you will get a full refund, including return shipping fees.
We are not responsible for items that are lost in transit.

Frames
Our prints come unframed. All our prints fit into IKEA RIBBA frames. Alternatively, you can take your print to your framer to have it professionally framed.

Payment
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
You don’t need a paypal account to purchase our products.
If you would prefer to pay via direct deposit please email me so I can send you an invoice.

We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.
